1 heaped tsp Cocoa Powder

1 heaped tbsp oats

1-2 drops of Vanilla Extract (optional but adds a little more flavour)

Put everything into a blende and blitz until smooth.

BERRY ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE

1 Banana

3/4 cup Berries (I prefer Raspberries but you can used mixed Berries) Frozen are good as it makes the smoothies cold.

1 cup milk

2-3 tbsp. natural Yoghurt

Handful of Strawberry Crunch (Optional but I prefer the texture)

5 walnuts

Mix all ingredients in a blender for a few minutes. Healthy, tasty, nutritious breakfast.
