Spend 2 mins as you lay in bed before you start your day and say Thankyou. Most of us have much to be thankful for, and when we realise it, and say thank you in our head everyday, our state of mind changes. A smile spreads over my face every morning as I do it. It helps us become happy and satisfied with what we have and where we are in life.
